Pursuant to Sec. 70.45 of Wis. Statutes the Town of Poygan assessment roll for the Year 2022 assessment will be open for examination on the 24th day of May, 2022, from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm by Action Appraisers & Consultants Inc.
BY TELEPHONE ONLY. PLEASE CALL 920-766-7323 TO SPEAK TO THE ASSESSOR.
INFORMATION WILL BE GIVEN ON HOW TO OBTAIN Instructional material about the assessment, how to file an objection, and Board of Review procedures under Wisconsin Law. All property owners that have concerns and questions about their assessment should CALL and discuss these concerns with the Assessor.
