ATV/UTV Rules

Routes open 6 am to 10 pm

35 MPH max or less if posted

Obey all road signs

Use hand signals for turning

Lights on at all times

Stay on right side of road single file

Stay on designated routes

Operators must be at least 16 years old

Must have a valid driver’s license

Helmets required under age 18

Must wear eye protection

Must have stock exhaust

Use seat belts in UTVs

O.W.I. penalty is the same as motor vehicles

Town of Poygan residents may use town roads to directly access marked routes
