1.Call to Order
Meeting was called to order by Derrald McDaniel at 7:07 PM
2.Minutes
Minutes from the June meeting were read. Motion to accept as read by
Bev Halder, 2nd by Dave Buech, motion carried.
3.Questions from Jason Hillebrand
Mr Hillebrand inquired about the process required if he were to
purchase partial lot of neighboring property (3 acres approx.). The
mother and daughter parcel need to be surveyed, a public hearing
regarding a zoning change, the CSM of the newly formed parcel needs
approval by planning and zoning and the Town Board.
4.Commissioners term expiring
Derrald McDaniel, Anthony Rossi, Bev Halder’s terms are expiring.
They all are interested in renewing their terms. A letter was received
from Don Bredbeck also expressing interest in the planning and zoning
commission.
5.Ballot vote for Chairman
Bev Halder recommended this be tabled considering there are four
people interested in the three positions. Will place on the Jan.
meeting agenda.
6.Public Input
Tom Wrochota had a draft copy of the Winnebago County Farmland
Preservation Plan and the county will be voting on the plan at their
next meeting.
